1. Summary

Squash Results provides an online service to record and display the results of squash matches. The results including your name are stored in a database and will be available via web pages visible to search engines and the general public. Any contact information will be held only if you or your club supplies it and this information will not be accessible to anyone but them unless you give your permission. The purpose of holding this information is so that your club, other players and clubs can make contact with you as required for the purposes of running a squash competition. We do not assume your permission and you must opt-in to be contactable.

2. Personal Information

We hold your name, this comes from match score-sheets filled in by your team captain or your club secretary or opponent. We may hold your email address and phone number(s) and ESR Number if you or your club has saved it. Contact information will not be accessible to anyone except your club admin unless you choose to opt-in and give permission for other players to find your contact details. Note that the results of matches are not considered to be personal information.

3. Access to your Personal Information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Squash Results holds about you and to have any inaccuracies in the information corrected. You can submit, view and change your personal information by making an account on Squash Results website or you can contact us. You can request to have all your personal information, including your name, removed from the database and website. Note that the results of any squash matches you played in will still be visible but your name will be withheld.

4. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Squash Results uses your name in order to display the results of squash matches and to calculate scores and rankings. Your email address and phone number is for squash related contact purposes and if supplied will be accessible to other players but only if you opt in. Your ESR number is used to avoid confusion between players with the same or similar names.

Your name, ESR and match results may be sent via automatic update to Squash Levels but only if your club has requested this option. The purpose is to enable your Squash Level ranking to be automatically updated. If your club has requested this option but you personally want to opt out then please let us know. 5. Security of Personal Information

All data is encrypted when sent over the Internet between you and Squash Results. We have taken reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to the data whilst it is stored. We will inform you of any breach of our data involving your information should that ever happen.

6. Direct Marketing and Thrid Parties

We do not and will not use your data for any direct marketing. We will not sell or disclose your information to third parties.

7. Data Retention

The results of matches will be retained indefinitely. Your personal data will be retained for as long as you wish to be contactable, it may be removed by you or your club admin.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information sent by a website to a users device. They (Cookies) cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. By continuing to visit the website, you agree to the placement of cookies on your device. If you choose not to accept our cookies you will not be able to login to your account. We do not allow cookies from third parties for marketing purposes.
